February 29, 2008: The Question
I took this photo because I knew that I wanted to be able to have this a proposal that I could post on line. I know doing it via Flickr would be really cool. I knew that I wanted to make it part of Flickr. This is one of my favorite photos of me of all time. We still call this shirt the "first date shirt."

February 27, 2011: Cockatoo
I was walking down the street and I saw someone walking around with a cockatoo. It turned out to be a friend taking their bird for a walk. It is not something you see very day.

Most Viewed Photos: Comic Con 2009: Pedobear
This is a photo of Pedo Bear. It got a lot of views being tweeted all over Brazil. This photo was stolen by a San Luis Obispo Sheriff's Department and used on a flier saying that Pedo Bear is not Harmless. After that Gawker credited the wrong person with the photo. This is my photo, but I did not get a dime from anyone, Oh well. This photo has 13,990 views as of today.
February 25, 2006: Meaning of Indie Rock
I always loved this sign. I always wondered how people define this. What will this mean when there are no music industry? Will everyone be Indie at that point?

Most Viewed Photos: Tattoo from a dream
This is my 20th most view photo. When I am writing this it has 11,184 views. That is pretty good because this photo is not all that good. Tattoo photos get a lot of views. I wonder if people like looking at other people's tattoos or if they want to get ideas for their own tattoo.

Yeah, I had a stromboli for lunch today. I had not had one in a long time. The bread was good, but the filling was just ok.

This graffiti really caught my eye. I like how it looks like both the Eve of Providence and like the Death Star.
February 20, 2007: Grave Yard of Ties
Does anyone still wear neckties? I wonder how many new ties this steakhouse gets? It is not far from Amazon's support center.

February 16, 2007: Dont Be Here
I love this pictogram. I know it means do not cross, but it is not really clear. It could mean no men allowed. That is one of the cool thing of signs like this.

February 12, 2011: Hot Coffee and Plastic
I thought about all the people who just poor coffee into trash cans without thinking twice. I see people do it in Starbucks all the time. I wonder if this sign makes anyone think twice. I know I would not do it at Roys, but I know and like the people who work there. I am not sure I could feel the same way about people at Starbucks.
February 12, 2008: Self
If you are interested in taking pictures I think you have to take pictures of yourself. I remember in college a professor telling me that the self portrait is one of the keys to being an artist. The artist needs to understand themselves to understand the world. I now understand that.

February 11, 2011: Graffiti fish bones
There was something about graffiti that always catches my eye. I think this slapper does a good job of using the whole space of the sticker. I also reminds me of cold cartoons where the cat would eat the fish and all that would be left were the head and the bones.
February 11, 2007: Writting
I used to go to a lot of write-ins. I don't seem to go to many any more. It might be why my blog has started to wither.

February 10, 2006: Penalty Kick
This is the only time I have ever seen a world class soccer game live. This was a friendly before the World Cup. If given the chance, I would go to one of these games again. Of course this was a work outing and I did not pay for the tickets. I may or may not want to pay for myself.

It has been a while since I did a Fridge shot. I took this because I almost ran out of time for the day.
February 9, 2008: SF Giants Fanfest
I love the photos from this era. There something so fresh and excited in Kate's face. I can see her early love in her eyes. I still feel that love to today.
I did not get to the Giants Fanfest this year because it was packed. We heard on the radio while we were sitting right outside that they were not allowing any more people in. I guess we will have to wait for the games to start.

I love graffiti. This sign caught my eye right away. I wonder if the person who did this did anything else. I would love to see more graffiti like this.
